The Yakuza Boss’s Beloved Season 1 Episode 6

Makoto (Konno Ayaka), suffering from threats from her mother Hiroko (Yamada Kinuo), whom she thought she had estranged, tearfully asks Ren (Totsuka Shota) for help. Ren gently comforts her and tells her, “There’s no need to force yourself to see her. It’s okay to run away.” However, in order to finally move forward, Makoto decides to break away from her mother. Once the issue with Makoto’s mother is resolved, Ren plans to tell Makoto the “secret” he has been hiding. “There’s something I’ve never been able to tell you,” he says. Just as he is about to reveal this “secret,” he receives news from Kiba Haruka (Masaki Reiya) that “my father (Tatekawa Shiraku) has collapsed.” Makoto sends Ren and Kiba off, but he looks worried… Meanwhile, Tora (Nakamura Reia), who has discovered Ren’s true identity, rushes to Makoto’s side. Makoto says that Tora is kind and worried about her, but Tora finally confesses his long-held feelings to her, saying, “It’s because I love you.”
