After her father’s abrupt death, Yu-mi feels ashamed of her lie and finds work to take care of her family’s livelihood. There, she meets her boss Hyun-joo, the daughter of a rich family, and it makes her feel a sense of deprivation. She becomes furious after her belief in hard work paying off shatters, until one day, she impulsively runs away from her job after she realizes she’ll be fired soon.
